Cryptographic Authentication

Automated SPF, DKIM & DMARC Verification.

Modern mail providers (Google, Yahoo, Microsoft) automatically reject or quarantine emails from unverified domains. SaaS Mailer runs live DNS queries to confirm your cryptographic identity before any campaign can leave the queue.

SPF (Sender Policy Framework) Verified TXT

Specifies exactly which IP addresses and mail servers are authorized to send on behalf of your brand.

DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) 2048-Bit RSA Signed

Asymmetric public/private cryptographic signature attached to every outbound email header, guaranteeing tamper-proof delivery.

DMARC Policy Alignment p=reject Enforced

Instructs receiving ISPs to block spoofed impersonators while delivering detailed forensic delivery reports back to your admin dashboard.

Intelligent Bounce Governance

VERP Bounce Tracking & The 3-Strike Rule.

Legacy systems make a devastating mistake: they treat temporary server glitches as permanently dead addresses. SaaS Mailer uses Variable Envelope Return Path (VERP) and RFC 3464 DSN status codes to differentiate temporary soft bounces from permanent hard bounces.

Hard Bounces (RFC 5.x.x Permanent) Immediate Suppression

User unknown (5.1.1) or domain does not exist. Address is immediately added to the tenant suppression list and contact marked bounced to protect sender reputation.

Soft Bounces (RFC 4.x.x Transient) 3-Strike Threshold

Mailbox full (4.2.2) or server busy (4.4.1). Soft bounces 1 and 2 increment metadata counter while keeping contact active. Only on the 3rd consecutive soft bounce is the address suppressed.

Soft Bounce Lifecycle Example
1
1st Soft Bounce (4.2.2 Mailbox Full) Contact remains active
2
2nd Soft Bounce (4.4.1 Server Timeout) Contact remains active
3
3rd Consecutive Soft Bounce Suppressed • Contact marked bounced
